Ageing winery in Bodegas San Alejandro (Cariñena)
Following the success of the project carried out in 2019, for the development of an organic wine ageing hall, it was decided to carry out a new extension.
The second phase of the project consisted of the creation of an underground building for wine ageing. In addition, a grape reception area was designed at a height to unload the grapes by gravity.
In this way, the reception of the grapes is taken care of and intervention is minimised.
